From enquiry to payment in just three easy steps.
No hassle, no sorting required, no obligation.

How It Works

Selling your LEGO to us couldn't be simpler.
Three easy steps and you're done.

Tell Us What You've Got

Fill in our simple online form telling us what you have. There's no need to count every brick or identify every set - just give us a rough idea. You can attach photos if you like, which helps us give you the most accurate offer possible. We accept everything from a single bag of mixed bricks to an entire attic's worth.

We Make You an Offer

Once we've received your enquiry, our team will review the details and get back to you - usually within 24 hours, often sooner. We'll make you a fair, transparent offer based on the quantity, condition, and type of LEGO. If you're happy, brilliant. If not, there's absolutely no pressure and no obligation.

Get Paid

Once you accept our offer, you can either post your LEGO to us (we'll provide packing tips) or, depending on your location and collection size, we can arrange a collection from your home. As soon as your LEGO arrives and is checked over, we'll send payment straight to your bank account - the same day, every time.

Packing Guide

Packing LEGO safely doesn't need to be complicated. Here's how to make sure your bricks arrive in perfect condition.

Use sturdy cardboard boxes

A strong, double-walled cardboard box is ideal. LEGO is heavy, so flimsy boxes can split in transit. Old removal boxes or quality supermarket boxes work brilliantly.

Double-bag loose bricks

Put loose bricks into strong zip-lock bags or tied carrier bags first, then place those inside the box. This prevents bricks from escaping if the box gets damaged and keeps them contained for easy handling.

Protect boxed sets

Wrap complete boxed sets in a layer of bubble wrap or packing paper. Place them at the top of the box so they're not crushed by heavier bricks underneath.

Fill any gaps

Use crumpled newspaper, packing peanuts, or spare carrier bags to fill any empty space in the box. This stops the contents from shifting around during transit.

Include your name and order reference

Pop a piece of paper inside the box with your name, email address, and the reference number we've given you. This helps us match your parcel to your quote quickly.

Seal and label clearly

Tape all seams of the box firmly with strong parcel tape. Label the box clearly with our address, which we'll provide once you've accepted our offer. Please remember to keep your proof of postage - just in case.

What if Something Goes Wrong?

We've got you covered at every step.

What if my parcel gets lost in transit?

We always recommend using a tracked or signed-for service (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or similar) and keeping your proof of postage. We'll advise on packaging before you send. If a parcel does go missing, we'll investigate together and do our best to resolve it fairly.

What if payment doesn't arrive?

We send payment by bank transfer (BACS) the same working day you confirm receipt. If it hasn't arrived by end of business, email [email protected] and we'll resolve it immediately. You'll also receive a payment confirmation by email.

What if I disagree with the final offer?

You're never obligated to accept - you can say no at any stage. For collections, we'll return your LEGO at no charge. For posted items, if you decline after inspection, return postage is the seller's responsibility. We'll always repack carefully and let you know costs upfront.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting in touch.

Not at all! One of the things sellers love most about us is that you can send your LEGO exactly as it is - unsorted, uncleaned, jumbled up in a bag. We do the sorting ourselves. Just box it up safely and send it our way.

That's absolutely fine. Many sellers have old tubs of bricks with no idea where they came from. Just describe what you have as best you can - rough quantity, condition, any sets you recognise - and we'll do the rest. Photos are always helpful if you can include them.

We price based on a few factors: the quantity of LEGO, the condition of the pieces, and whether you have any particularly desirable sets or minifigures. Complete sets in original boxes tend to achieve the highest prices, while bulk loose bricks are priced by weight and quality. We're always transparent - if you want to know how we've arrived at a figure, just ask.

Generally no - incomplete sets (where significant pieces are clearly missing) are difficult for us to resell, so we can't offer fair prices for them. However, if a set is only missing a few minor parts, get in touch and we'll have a look. Loose bulk bricks are always welcome regardless of whether they form complete sets.

We pay via bank transfer (BACS) directly to your account. Payment is sent the same day we receive and check your LEGO - usually the day it arrives or the very next working day.

From submitting your enquiry to money in your account, most transactions are completed within 1-2 weeks. We'll get back to you with an offer within 24 hours. Once you accept, you post it to us (or we arrange collection), and payment follows the day we receive it.

Yes - depending on your location and the size of your collection, we can usually arrange a collection from your home. This is particularly useful if you don't fancy hauling heavy boxes to a post office. Just mention it in your enquiry and we'll sort the details.

No problem at all - there's zero obligation. If our offer doesn't work for you, just say so and we'll part ways on good terms. We'll never pressure you, and if you change your mind later, you're always welcome to come back.

It happens - memories of an old LEGO collection can be rosy! If what we receive is in noticeably worse condition than described, we'll get in touch with a revised offer that reflects the actual condition. You can choose to accept the revised offer, or we'll return your collection to you. If returned, the postage cost is the seller's responsibility. See our full Terms & Conditions.

We prefer LEGO that is clean and in good usable condition. Some natural wear and discolouration is fine - LEGO is a toy, after all. However, we can't accept heavily yellowed, broken, or cracked pieces, and we don't buy LEGO that has been painted or glued. If you're unsure, just send us photos and we'll advise.
