Our Story
Hi, I'm George - and The Brick Buyer started the way most good ideas do, with a problem. I had LEGO. Lots of it. And no idea what to do with it. Selling it myself felt overwhelming: sorting loose bricks, photographing sets, writing descriptions, negotiating with buyers, packaging and posting piece by piece.
There had to be a better way.
So I started one. Based in Bournemouth, I created The Brick Buyer to be the service I wished had existed - simple, fair, and run by someone who actually loves LEGO. Not a faceless buyback warehouse, but a small business that genuinely cares about the stuff I buy and the people I buy it from.
Today, I work with parents clearing out playrooms, adult collectors downsizing, and everyone in between. I pride myself on making the process as easy as possible - honest offers, no-hassle logistics, and payment you can count on.
The Brick Buyer is a trading name of George's Bricks, the sole trader business of George Buckingham.
